Great World Serviced Apartments Reservation Policy
What is the minimum length of stay?

We allow short-term lease with a minimum occupation period of 6 nights.

What are the payment methods?

Visa, Master and American Express cards accepted.

What is the amount required to be paid upon confirmation?

Full advance payment payable must be made upon confirmation of reservation.*

*Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be charged based on prevailing rates as levied by the Government of Singapore at 8% from 2023.

What are the other charges required upon check in?

A deposit for Miscellaneous charge of S$250.00 will be required from the occupant (by Cash or Credit Card). For personal bookings, Security Deposit will be waived for stays 1 month and below on condition that payment for the first month is received in full prior to check-in. For 1 month to 3 month stay, a Security Deposit equivalent to the half of monthly rate is required. For 3 month stay and above, a Security Deposit equivalent to the monthly rate is required.

What are the charges for pets and is there any limitation?

We do accept pets and a pet levy applies at $20.00 (exclusive of taxes) per pet per day. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in each apartment.

How many guests are allowed in each apartment?

Maximum number of “permitted occupants” is 2 to a 1-bedroom, 4 to a 2-bedroom, 6 to a 3-bedroom and 8 to a 4-bedroom apartment unit.

What are the charges for additional beds? Do you provide baby cribs?

An additional roll-away bed is at $60.00 (exclusive of taxes) per night and only limit to 1 additional bed per apartment. We provide complimentary baby crib upon request and are subject to availability.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

The official check-in time is 1500 hours and check-out time is 1200 hours. In the event of early check-in before 1500 hours, we would recommend you to pre-block the apartment one day before arrival. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee your late check-out.

What are the operating hours of the Service Desk?

Our Service Desk operates from 0700 hours to 2200 hours daily. In the event of check-in after operating hours, there will be security personnel to assist you with a simple check-in and our guest services will contact you the next day for official registration.

What is included in the Daily/Monthly Rate?

Our rates include the following:

  • 82 cable television channels in both Living and Master bedroom
  • Complimentary WIFI
  • Complimentary parking for one car (if required) will be provided. Pre-registration is required.
  • Twice-weekly housekeeping services (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays), excluding dishwashing services
  • Welcome hamper and toiletries amenities upon arrival
  • 24-hour security services
  • Maintenance services
  • Miscellaneous charges such as laundry, transportation, newspapers, and telephone will be separately charged and are not included in the monthly or daily rental.
  • Prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applicable to all rates and services.
What is the Cancellation/No Show Policy?

For confirmed reservations with stay period up to 1 month, a written notice of at least two (2) weeks prior to original arrival date is required for an amendment to a later arrival date OR the cancellation of a confirmed reservation. Failing this, a one-week Cancellation/No Show Fee based on the Best Flexible Rate, subject to Prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be charged.  Cancellation Policies differ for extended stays beyond 1 month, Special Promotions and Offers – please reference the applicable Terms & Conditions for the said reservation.

Current travel restrictions for COVID-19
For regions affected by government-issued travel restrictions, Cancellation Fees will be waived. All changes or cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival.
