Our family of 4 (16 and 12 year old sons) spent five fantastic weeks in a three-bedroom serviced apartment at Great World. Everything we needed was in the apartment and the ease of moving in was a blessing. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and the facilities are impeccably clean. We loved the gym, waterfall area, business center, pool and courts!! The location right next to Great World mall with a grocery store, restaurants and retail made our transition to a new country and culture so much easier. I'll forever be grateful to the good people at Great World!

We stayed here for more than a year because our home was getting renovated. We loved the location but more importantly the excellent facilities and the exceptional warmth and service provided by their staff especially Fannie, Ee and Peter ensured that we never felt we were in want of anything. Every small need was immediately taken care of and we would highly recommend this service apartment to anyone visiting singapore. Short term or long term stay!

Outstanding service, friendly staff, well appointed apartments. My wife is in a wheelchair, and although there are no accessible apartments in the complex, the staff came up with workable solutions to make our stay comfortable. The facilities are first class. The building is centrally located and next to the Great World Mall with an abundance of shops and restaurants. We would be happy to stay here again on our next visit.

I normally don’t stay in serviced apartment but was forced to have a staycation as my flat underwent renovation. I was wowed by a combination of excellent services from the sales team, receptionists, security guards and housekeepers. Upon arrived I was upgraded to a two bedroom apartment which is very clean and well furnished. The pool view I had was really a great touch to my stay. Though housekeeping was done twice a week the job done was excellent. Seriously after numerous stays overseas and here in Singapore this place beats some of the 4/5 stars hotels I stayed. A plus is the mall next door which one can go there under shelter. It offers great eateries and supermarkets. If I ever have to have a staycation this will be my first choice.

We stayed at GWC Service apartment for quite some time and I would highly recommend it.. I would say that the housekeeping team is simply fabulous..better than a 5 star hotel service.. special mention to Huihui, Edwin and also Gowri.. every simple request they paid attention and very considerate and accomodating.. I moved here with a small child and was skeptical...but towards the end of our stay did not want to leave. Thanks a lot to Jesse also during our initial discussion and to her team for seamless execution.
