Payment & Deposits
Full advance payment required upon reservation confirmation*
A miscellaneous deposit of S$250 is required upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded after departure, subject to full settlement of all outstanding charges at time of check-out
Security deposit:
Waived for stays 1 month and below, if full advance payment is received before check-in
1–3 months: Half of monthly rate
3 months and above: One-month rate

2-Bedroom: 4 persons
3-Bedroom: 6 persons
4-Bedroom: 8 persons
Extra bedding: Rollaway bed at S$80/night (excl. GST), subject to apartment type & availability
Baby cribs: Complimentary upon request, subject to availability
Pet Policy
Pets allowed: Up to 2 per apartment, subject to apartment type and number of occupants
Pet levy: S$30/day per pet (excl. GST)
Parking & Smoking
1 complimentary carpark lot per apartment
Valet parking service is not available
Non-smoking policy applies. Smoking is only permitted at the designated smoking area located on Level 1 @ West Garden.
