Booking Conditions

Booking & Stay Policy

  • Minimum stay: 6 consecutive nights
  • Guest must be 18 years or older to register and check in
  • Official check-in: 1500 hrs | Check-out: 1200 hrs
    • For early check-in, pre-blocking the apartment a day prior is recommended
    • For late check-out, booking an additional night is required

Check-In Support

  • Service Desk hours: 0700–2200 hrs daily
  • After-hours check-in: Security will assist; Guest Services will follow up next day

Payment & Deposits

  • Full advance payment required upon reservation confirmation*
  • Miscellaneous deposit: S$250
  • Security deposit:
    • Waived for stays 1 month and below, if fully paid before check-in
    • 1–3 months: Half of monthly rate
    • 3 months and above: One-month rate

Payment Methods*

  • Credit Cards: Amex, Mastercard, UnionPay, Visa
  • Mobile & Digital Payments: Alipay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, WeChat Pay
  • Others: Wire/Telegraphic Transfer
  • * Cashless payment preferred

Taxes

  • Goods & Services Tax (GST) applies as per prevailing Singapore rates

Occupancy & Apartment Policy

  • Maximum occupancy:
    • 1-Bedroom: 2 persons
    • 2-Bedroom: 4 persons
    • 3-Bedroom: 6 persons
    • 4-Bedroom: 8 persons
  • Extra bedding: Rollaway bed at S$80/night (excl. GST), subject to availability
  • Baby cribs: Complimentary upon request, subject to availability

Pet Policy

  • Pets allowed**: Up to 2 per apartment
  • Pet levy: S$30/day per pet (exclusive of taxes)
  • **Subject to apartment type and number of occupants

Parking & Smoking

  • 1 complimentary carpark lot per apartment
  • Valet parking service is not available
  • Non-smoking policy applies. Smoking is only permitted at the designated smoking area located on Level 1 @ West Garden.
