Our minimum rental period is 6 consecutive nights.
02 What is the official check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM (1500 hours) and check-out is at 12:00 PM (1200 hours). Early check-in or late check-out can be guaranteed by booking an additional night and is subject to availability.
03 What is the maximum number of occupants allowed per apartment?
Occupancy is based on apartment type: 2 persons for a 1-Bedroom, 4 for a 2-Bedroom, 6 for a 3-Bedroom, and 8 for a 4-Bedroom.
Payments & Deposits
04 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Amex, Mastercard, Visa, UnionPay), mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay), and wire/telegraphic transfers. We prefer cashless payment methods.
05 Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A security deposit is required upon check-in. The amount varies by length of stay:
1-3 months: Half of one month's rent.
Over 3 months: One full month's rent. A miscellaneous deposit of S$250 is required for all stays.
Amenities & Services
06 Is housekeeping included?
Yes, housekeeping service is provided twice a week, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. This service does not include dishwashing.
07 Is parking available?
Yes, we provide a complimentary parking space for one vehicle per apartment. Please pre-register your vehicle with our Service Desk before your arrival.
08 Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all apartments and throughout the property.
Pet Policy
09 Are pets allowed in the apartments?
Yes, Great World Residences is a pet-friendly property. We allow a maximum of two pets per apartment. A pet levy of S$30 per pet, per day (subject to 9% GST) applies. Please inform us that you are bringing a pet when making your reservation.
