Dian Xiao Er – the must eat herbal roast duck in Singapore! Using only the finest quality of Cherry Valley ducks paired with freshest ingredients, the ducks are prepared and freshly roast daily. They are marinated with a revitalising blend of Chinese herbs and spices for hours, roasted at a precise temperature to retain its juice while in the oven. Crisp to the touch, and golden brown in appearance, the herbal roast duck is complemented with specially concocted herbal sauce that makes it impossible to resist!
