Our Pet Policy

We strive to create a comfortable environment for all our residents, both human and animal.

Allowed Pets: We welcome most house-trained cats and dogs.
Number of Pets: A maximum of two pets are allowed per apartment.
Pet Levy: A daily levy of S$30 per pet (subject to 9% GST) is applicable to cover deep-cleaning costs.
Designated Areas: While pets are welcome in your apartment, they must be leashed and accompanied in all common areas of the property.
