- Rates are subject to prevailing Goods & Services Tax (GST).
- Applicable to new reservations booked from 1 January 2026 to 12 December 2026.
- Promotion is valid for stays from 8 January to 31 December 2026.
- Full advance payment is required upon booking confirmation.
- Cancellation must be made at least 5 days prior to check-in; otherwise, a 2-night charge will apply.
- Available for bookings on Daily Rates via our website only.
- No pre-termination is allowed after check-in.
- Blackout dates may apply.
- Pets Avenue Clinic terms and conditions apply. Any additional services beyond the complimentary consultation (e.g. treatments, vaccinations, medications) shall be borne by resident/guest with direct payment made to clinic at the consultation visit.
- The complimentary veterinary consultation is valid only during the stay period. Any cancellation or no-show will result in the forfeiture of the benefit.
